Mandatory Onsite Document Verification Dates

ONSITE DOCUMENT VERIFICATION
Saturday, January 11, 9 am to 11 am
Saturday, January 18, 9 am to 11 am
Saturday, January 25, 9 am to 11 am
Saturday, February 1, 9 am to 11 am
Saturday, February 8, 9 am to 11 am

Registrations this year are all online; however, we still are required to physically check birth certificates and verify residency documents. Please bring your player's original or certified birth certificate (copies are not permitted) AND their completed School Enrollment form OR the documents verifying residency to the MLK park snack bar on one of the Document Verification days. Please reference this handy document checklist to make sure you have the documents we will need. Also note that documents must be dated or in force between February 1, 2019 and February 1, 2020. We will quickly check the birth certificate and verify residency and provide you with your raffle tickets. We expect the verification process to go very quickly, so please be sure you have all of your documents ready to be verified before getting in line.

Please note that we will not be accepting any registrations during these days as all registrations are done online this year. Please be sure to register online prior to attending the Document Verification.

A document verification table will be available during try-out days as well on February 1 & 8.
