We are very excited to be headed into the red tier on Wednesday, which means baseball has the green light to move forward not just with practices but also with games! We can hear the crack of the bats and cheers of the fans already!
Moving into red tier means the wheels will be turning even faster as we shift into high gear getting ready for the season to start in less than two weeks. So here are some important updates for you:
WAIT LIST
Tomorrow, March 16, all players will be moved from the wait list to 'official' registration, and you will receive an email notification. Please be sure your address verification or school of choice documents as well as child's birth certificate are uploaded to your account for League verification as there is no in person document verification this year. The email will also provide a link for paying for the registration fees. Residency/birth certificates must be verified and accounts must be paid in full prior to players starting practice (around March 29). *Note: a few players accidentally signed up for two divisions, and we are unable to remove the duplicate registrations while on the wait list. Before paying for your fees, please be sure your child is only signed up for one division. If you have any issues removing the duplicate registration, please contact us at [email protected].
LAST CALL FOR REGISTRATION
Online registration for is still open for all divisions! Teams are being formed this weekend, so to ensure your child's spot on a team, please register no later than this Friday, March 19. For Upper Division players that did not register and missed try-outs, they will still be placed on a team so be sure to register this week. As a reminder, due to Covid and last year's season cancellation, there is no snack bar deposit this year, as well as no mandatory fundraiser fee. Rates were also dropped slightly in each division. We are thrilled during this crazy year we’re able to support our families with these adjusted total registration fees this year (plus a $3 mandatory service charge):
NEW RATES for 2021 SPRING season:
TBALL: $80.00 FARM: $ 100.00 AA: $110.00
AAA: $130.00 MAJORS: $140.00 50/70: $140.00 JUNIORS: $ 140.00
MANAGERS AND COACHES NEEDED
We still need Managers and Assistant Coaches for AAA, AA, Farm and T-ball. Volunteer applications can be submitted via your account page on Sports Connect. For questions regarding Managing or Assistant Coaching, please contact our Coaching Coordinator, Matt Marshall, at [email protected]
TEAM ASSIGNMENTS
Teams are scheduled to be formed this weekend, so players should expect to hear from their manager next week. Unfortunately, we will not be able to hold a Meet the Coach day this year, but coaches will provide all the season info to families as we have it, including special COVID guidelines, etc.
